The staff, especially Meenakshi, was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was decorated with flowers, wine and snacks. We were made to feel like visiting royalty. It really was outstanding service from entering the hotel to having dinner in the dining room. The staff pays great attention to detail for guests. I can't remember ever having such a warm welcome at a hotel. We just needed one night near the airport for an early morning flight. I would, however, loved to have stayed for another day or two! The rooms are pleasant, clean and comfortable. There was absolutely nothing to complain about.

So thank you very much to all the staff of Pride Plaza Hotels, amazing service, and you can be shure I will write amazing reviews on the websites like Booking.com, Tripadvisor, etc. Very impressed with excellent service and the employees go the extra step to make shure we have the best experience possible !

Really loved this hotel! Great value for money! Room was clean and the bed was exceptionally comfy, perfect to rest and recover before a long flight. Staff were fantastic, warm, welcoming, and helped whenever we needed anything. Location is great for airport access, about a 10 minute drive from the hotel. Food was good and room service was fast and efficient. This is a great value 5 star hotel that offers a bit of luxury and confort after an intensive trip exploring India.
